Since the chapter's inception in 2004, Clinton (MS) Alumnae Chapter has remained committed and steadfast to public service. As one of the 200 plus chapters of the Dynamic Southern Region, Clinton (MS) Alumnae Chapter serves the areas of Clinton, Bolton, Byram, Edwards, Raymond, Terry and Utica through programming that focuses on our Sorority's Five-Point Programmatic Thrust: Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political Awareness and Involvement. The Clinton (MS) Alumnae Chapter strives to impact the community through active and engaged public service; providing financial contributions supporting scholarships, health research, and community empowerment; and partnering with other organizations and community leaders.
The ladies of Clinton (MS) Alumnae Chapter have contributed significant service and leadership to the community, the state, and the nation. Under the leadership of Dr. Laurie Smith Lawson, Chapter President, the chapter is comprised of 95 professional and visionary women. Our chapter is guided by the vision of our 24th National President, Cynthia Butler-McIntyre. Cheryl Turner serves as our Southern Regional Director and the Southern Regional Representative is Manica Pierrette.
